At SOS, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product we make. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
Original packaging must be included when possible.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, wear, or installation
Custom or modified products
Clearance or final-sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an SOS error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us within the 14-day window so we can assist with availability.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at sosystems@yahoo.com with photos, and we will make it right.
